Lake Carillon
Designed by Randy Angell Design and built by AquaTerra Outdoors, this project transformed a blank-slate backyard into a breathtaking resort-inspired outdoor living and entertainment haven tailored for a growing young family. The vision was to create an inviting space with zones for relaxation, play, and social gatherings, all centered around a stunning infinity-edge pool and spa elevated three feet above the home’s patio level—a unique challenge that required meticulous planning to safeguard the home against any potential flooding.
The design highlights include a striking 24-foot-long, 7-foot-tall water wall that captivates visitors from the moment they step through the front door. The sports zone on the property’s east side features a multi-purpose sports court and ample space for activities like cornhole and ping pong, making it a perfect space for family fun.
At the heart of the backyard is a sunken, covered cabana, seamlessly blending leisure and function. This space boasts a swim-up bar on the poolside and a counter facing the sports court, multiple TVs, refrigerators, and plenty of storage for effortless entertaining. High-quality materials and thoughtful design details harmonize to deliver a luxurious yet practical outdoor retreat for family and friends alike.
