Originally, this backyard was far from the tropical getaway that this client desired. After extensive time spent in the Caribbean on their private yacht, they wanted to bring a sufficient amount of that lush tranquility to their backyard in Dallas, TX. We took inspiration from a few of their images gathered while they were on an island-hopping journey one summer. There was a mirage of timeless materials blended to create a calmness that can only be experienced while resting in a luxurious environment. Glass tile, Durazzo plaster, Travertine decking and coping, LED lighting, landscape lighting, boulder water features, and a stone-glass fire feature are a few of the cohesively, assorted materials that create this lavish outdoor space.
